We understand that the physical body is not separate from the Temple of Inner Divinity.

We embrace all diets that are able to nourish and sustain you. However, it is our universal understanding that diets focused on manufactured and processed food can have a detrimental effect on our physiological processes. (Our recommendation is fresh, organic selections and filtered/alkaline water are best).

We suggest moderation to any food or drink that may interfere with our mind-body-soul-spirit connections.

Physical movement or any type of yoga supports the physical body to maintain balance.
